1. Processing Times
- In-stock items: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Pre-orders: Orders will be processed within 5 business days after the products arrive at our warehouse.
- Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

We ship from Poland using the following carriers:
- InPost Paczkomaty (parcel lockers)
- InPost Courier
- DHL
3. Shipping Destinations
- Domestic (Poland): Available
- International: Available to most countries. If you encounter issues at checkout, please contact us.
4. Shipping Rates
- We offer flat rate shipping on all orders.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected carrier.
5. Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Please refer to the carrier’s official website for estimated delivery times:

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other external factors.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package appears lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hello@drivefor.life and open an inquiry with the carrier.
- If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund.
8. Returns & Exchanges Related to Shipping
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and photos of the issue.
- For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
